Violation of the Immigration and Reugee Act?

I'm just curious and would like to understand. It appears that London, Beijing, Bucharest, Ankara, Taipei, New Delhi and a whole lot of other countries can be processed in as little as 2-3 months! I don't really understand why some countries are faster than others. Maybe someone could help me to...

    Thread for October 2010 Applicants

Buffalo only accepts passports for PR's on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I work Monday through Friday. :( Another annoying fact about Buffalo is that they are closed on Wednesdays! So nothing gets done on Wednesdays. PR's would be processed 20% faster if they worked on Wednesdays. That is to say, if...

I thought hard about this one because I got a job offer in Calgary. Well kind of a job. I'm a provisional clinical psychologist (meaning i'm not licensed yet and I need supervision until my 1600 hours are complete). The job has bursary (kind of like a grant), but I can't take the money until I...

I've only gotten updates via snail mail too. I've sent them a few emails and my email was listed on the application. I really hope that the news doesn't come via snail mail. I have everything ready to go in an envelope with postage paid. I'm ready to get my PPR.
