Please TOP MEMBERS I need some HELP PLEASE!!

They are really just saying that they know her due date. I'm sure that if it was a huge issue they would have sent you more than that letter telling you that it was a problem. I wouldn't worry too much. What I would worry about is that when she lands it takes 3 months for her Canadian health...

Just out of curiousity: How did your family feel about you getting married?

    1. Were your family/parents/siblings against you marrying a foreigner? Nope, not at all. My husband is British. They really just bother him about Corry Street (which he doesn't watch) and fuss over his accent. 2. Were they scared for your two to first meet? They weren't, we were. Not scared...

    Can I leave Canada ?

You can go on a trip... you are free to travel. As long as Canada is still your home. I'm in the middle of planning a trip, I was told it's fine. My friends have done it. Am I way off base here? Seriously you arent chained to the top of the CN tower right?

suing cic, dmp, chc delhi over the delay

I hate to break the news, but no one gets a tracking number from a DMP. It is not common practice, we got a letter bakc saying they were sent and my husband didn't have AIDS (how nice right?). Also, I'm pretty sure that everyone receives stress over immiration. You can try sue, but there is...

Writing on the back of photos? (Captions)

I wouldn't send more unless they have requested it. From what I know is a passport request is the final step a very good sign that your visa is on it's way.

Sending extra papers to VO that haven't been specifically requested?

We are very much in the same boat. My husband is about to recieve a degree as well - we mentioned it in the application and showed his registration papers and anticipated graduation date. We don't plan to send anything additional. I think it's piece of mind so they know you are educated, but...
