it just means medical has been received. Does not mean that your medical are fine or more tests are required or not.

No, that is not correct. They were calculating 67 points all the time before sending AOR. otherwise they will refund the fee and return the application

for all other purposes urdu/punjabi is your first/native language, and CIC will assign automatically 16 points for english, since you don't have/claimed proficiency in their other official language
