Since your documents were received at CHC Islamabad after 1st april, they might have transfered your documents even without opening to LONDON visa office. So you 'll listen from CHC London soon.

Now that is very strange, ECAS must work with both the file no. My ecas still works with both the file no, old and new one given by chc islamabad. you sure about ur place of birth and date of birth, is it the same which u gave to CIO

You must be able to check your ECAS status using ur old file no. You might be putting wrong last name. if you have a 3 words name, try putting different combinations for the last name. ECAS status can be checked by both file no at any stage.
