guys, if my docs reached on may 20th, 2010 and AOR was in oct 2010, then when my bfd comes up in september 2011, will they consider that as 64 weeks have passed or will they be calculating it from 2nd AOR? Just wondering , coz i started working on getting police certificates etc for my CEC...

i dont think there is no danger in applying for caips multiple times.. i've ordered caips twice within 3 months.. all they do is pull up ur notes from the system, print it out and send it to u .. and i dont think its the immigration actual case officers who process caips request.. so i cant see...

i think october is being too optimistic... if they are sending medical requests for people with april AOR, then us with October and later AOR is far far away... especially because in may -june they had sooooooo many applications...
