zeba812 it is your responsibility to notify your visa office about your address change and even if you don't change your address,you can ask family or friends to forward it to you in the US ASAP.

actually you can do your medical wherever you are,it could in the US or where you permanently leave.

my friend,if i was you i would apply in home country,Buffalo is the slowest visa office these days.

the fact that you're not working right now shouldn't be a problem as long as you submitted a reference letter regarding your previous job.However if you didn't get any update on your status since 2008,you should contact your visa office because it's taking too long.

if you're not going with your family,then you don't need to pay for their fees.

you don't need to send any documents apart form the application,you'll need to send the supporting documents once you've been approved by Sydney.

i just received my AOR 9/15/09. my application was received 7/21/09 by CIO

i will suggest you wait until the end of september to contact them,i since you're applying from Ivory Coast it might take time. what is your country of residence if you don't mind me asking?

if you're pursuing a master's,that means you have the equivalent of a bachelor's degree. i believe that's at least 20 points

actually you can cross out the bachelor's degree and write associate's degree next to it. my cousin did it and it worked.
