Need to apply under NOC 0213. What all documents need to be sent apart from the application forms and checklist?

Do I need to send the employment verification letter etc with application, or at a later stage?

you don't need to send any documents apart form the application,you'll need to send the supporting documents once you've been approved by Sydney.
