Yea, that is what I thought anyway. PCC were obligatory at the beginning, don't remember exactly, I think it was late August when CIC changed rules and said PCC is not to be submitted. (BTW, now the rules are that PCC are preferable) Wayne, please update int'l tracker then re Grasshopper's PCC.
