HI Gauri, I have submitted my full docs on 2nd April 2010 and my NOC code is 0213. Waiting for the AOR. When I check my e-cas status with my old file number is still shows CIO eligibility review complete, when can I expect a change in e-cas status.

It means if you think you are not able to submit all the documents to the canadian high commission within 120 days from the date of your AOR, do not apply and withdraw your application.
