I received it on e-mail, The letter is dated 7th Dec 2009 and it was forwarded to me by my consultant yesterday.

I am NOC 0213.

Follow what is written in black and white. CIC website is your best source, do exactly what it says.

We should expect some good news this week for some of us. People who filed on 28th September have started getting their AORs. First week applicants should hear something by the end of this week. So October filers, lets gear up and keep our fingers crossed. All the best !!

If your experience letter says that you are a permanent employee then I think that is enough proof that CHC can ask for. You can still wait for the seniors to respond, but in my opnion you are good to go for the next stage. All the best. I have also applied under 0213, waiting for my AOR.

You can write a letter as mentioned earlier by someone, however it is highly recommended that you take the IELTS test if your native language is not english. If your education has been in English then why are you worried about taking the test. You can easily get the required marks with little...

andhraguy, as I said earlier you are not eligible if you do not have any managerial experience or if your job responsibilities do not match the responsibilities listed on NOC code 0213. You can only qualify if you have arranged emploment.
