    Hi Pitta, If somebody emails CIO providing with full data(name ,DoB, file number,etc,.), at FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca, an automatic acknowledgement from CIO will promptly dive into the sender’s inbox, but CIO will provide an accurate answer vis-a`-vis the enquire in due course.
