The CIO have so many mail receiving agents, Glen Miller is just one of them, and when they receive your application they do not write their phone numbers/facebook addy', so you can contact them. Pittabread and some other dude have suggested that he contacts CIO via their website. I offered to help as soon as I run into Glen sometime this year , would that be a problem? :,
Now I need to have a taste of that pittabread,.... yum, yum!

Roger Roger, I will get the phone number from Jason today, when he calls to get my input on the new NOC list for this year. I have a feeling he might ask me how I feel about Glen Miller's mail receiving job. Methinks the Minister should add NOC 666( mail dispatcher/receiver), nice isn't it?.

best thing is now to wait and see. it is very hard to reach CIC in anyway and even if you reach them they will not do you any extra favour. they have many many applications to see. so you will be dealt with when your turn comes.

I sent my application in the month of november....i know the quota has been filled, since application packet consists of some of original docs....i am worried, when will i receive it back?

sure dear if this method works then why not contact CIO and pass your concern. I hope andy is reading all these posts.

another thing is i have never seen the email you mentioned above on CIC website. where did you get this email. what i can see is written on cic website that for people ouside canada they need to contcat their local visa office if they want to reach CIC.......

It only works when you are airborne, on your flight to Canada.
