If you use UCI, you shall select Client ID number, or else if you use E00, you have to chose Immigration File number, perhaps, most of the applicants are able to see the status just after few days, you have to also put only Surname.

Thanks donmar! I reckon the applicants who reside in Singapore will receive the AOR from VO via the post and who are not the residents of Singapore could have received by email to shrink the waiting times.
