Yes. This is what I was thinking before. But see what's happening now. All Pre-June applicants received their 1st file number after 2 months from Sydney. For us it took 4 months to issue the file number. They got their 2nd file number 3 months after their 1st file number. For us still nothing...

It seems Buffalo first prefers to start Processing those FSW2 applicant's that their NOC is in the demand list, regardless of date you submitted your file. So priority may be with NOC code not the application date. This is what I understand from our spreadsheet. Any idea? Mari .

Hi Buffalo applicants, Have you ever noticed that Buffalo has changed the majority of statuses on Fridays and Mondays?!?! ;D :D ;) They suddenly changed most of the applicants status to RBVO on 25 March (Friday). other dates are 18 Feb, 15 April, 18 April!!!! Hope to see lots of "IN Process"...
