I was living in Singapore for almost 2 years and i was not PR, i had work permit only, how should i obtain PC from there? I was thinking as they have changed the rules and they only issue PC for citizend , i should not apply for it.

As far as I know singapore does not issue PC to non singaporean citizens anymore. You only have to be a singaporean to get the police certificate. Am I right?
