I think we will hear from Buffalo till Aug. I feel good about Aug not because it is my birth month ;) but I think It's almost 30 weeks after they received 1st files. let's hope together that this summer brings us good news and we won't have to wait till next year. When I think about 19 months...

Don't worry. Mine is same as you. These are the lines that Sydney added to the system, Buffalo has not started anything yet. The first thing we will see in the system is after "In Process" stage they will add: "we have started reviewing of your file since..." or something like this. Regards Mari

To be honest I have no idea. According to their website it should be very faster than FSW. But some people say that if your status is RBVO it is not worth to apply for CEC. Under CEC category you will scape Sydney stage. Probably the background check is shorter because they only requirement is...

Cam, It sounds completely right except one thing. Consider that we were 1st applicants that Sydney had to look at our documents and give us eligibility. For us it took average 120 days to issue 1st file number but then it reduced to less than that. I think we had 50 something days record too...
