i believe on logics.... if you were not be able to score minimum points...they dont need any further verification and they would send your full package with refusual letter within 3to 4 weeks as happened in mostly denied cases

in Pakistan there is no concept of 15 year of full time education. if he has done 3 or4 year of bachelor after intermediate even then he will be awarded 20 points.

i must say don't rely on posts in case of serious issue. i can show you one post where a person has claimed that CHC award him 22 points for 15 year of education
