@ Matrix same happen with me and what I did same day I sent immediate fax to CIO with my CVV number. and so far nothing happen, either my application is on way back to me or they will again try I dont know it is ridiculous man you are totally helpless it is just like a lottery here no meaning...

your case look like same my transaction was also denied and after that i tired to contact with them but now so far nothing happened may be they will return my application or may be after some time my cc will charge not sure.

check you noc if your noc is not there now after 26 june then you will get your application back in few weeks if it is there then wait for cc charge.
