1) take experience letter from your boss say him I need reference letter if he say no tell him right down just job duties if he say no for that too also say him ok write down that as company policy we dont issue reference letter. 2)you can't show anything other then money + fixed deposits...

I dont think they are giving AOR area wise, like we are london applicant so our AOR will come later.

You dont have to change anything you have to send same form, it was clearly written when we sent out application to CIO.
