Feb 21 is only 10 days from now. Wait until you take the test, then answer "yes" and submit. 10 days won't kill you! But you will be less worried.

    English Test

To be on the safe side, TAKE IELTS! If your English is as good as you suppose it is, taking the test is duck soup! It might cost some but it is worth it. Otherwise, it is extremely difficult to prove proficiency by written expression if your mother tongue is not english.

    Security Clearence

Yes, and I also mentioned a deadline (around 1 month) that must be met. If you have a deadline, you need to put it on the cover letter AND on the envelop in which you send the cards.

    Security Clearence

If all effort to find an official get your fingerprints, read the instructions on the back of the FBI finger print sheet and get your fingerprints yourself or ask a friend to do it. I did get mine by the local police but they refused to sign or stamp it so it looked exactly like the one I could...

    University Professors

Job requirements as indicated under NOC code definitions DO NOT apply for immigration purposes. However, my understanding is that you need to have at least a Master's degree to be called a "university professor". There are many university lecturers who have a Master's and are considered...
