Hey Guys,

I'm ready to submit my file to CIU Sydney, One question is that do I really need to submit a cover letter from the start to justify missing documentation?

Missing docs in my case will be bank statements and pay slips, since the NOC i qualify for, the employer has closed that business?? Plus I closed the bank a/c in which the salary was deposited. Since this was two years ago, I can't get the additional documentation.

I only have a Service letter that indicates the length of service, designation, and list of duties i Performed.

Should i Send in a cover letter to CIU Sydney or wait for a response from Sydney and then send in the cover letter to London?

Or do i even need an experience letter.

Kind Regards,

Amin.,

"when all else fails, read the instructions"

You submit no additional documents with the application forms for FSW1 to Sydney. No cover letter, they don't care. If it is sent to London for further processing that is where you difficulties will lie, trying to prove your experience in the claimed NOC.

PMM is right! No other docs to Sydney rather than those specified! If recommended, you will be advised to send all docs to the visa office responsible for your case.

Good luck!
