Definately they are working, but what are they doing you never know!! its better to spread correct information based on CIC and official govt of Canada declaration rather than some information based on assumption... my address also disappeared and reappeared last night, but if I get my visa say...

My address disappeared again today. I completed Meds on 29 July and report + my Original PP received by ND VO on 4th July. On 18th Aug my RPRF was not yet encashed.

ok, I tried to search for 10 years multiple entry visa and found that this visa is only specific to Indians, is it correct? my mother is not Indian but she has PIO(Persons of Indian Origin) card. can she get 10 years visa?
