What about if my wife lived in the phillipines for 6 months and 3 days. Should we just write 5 months and 28 days on the document ? There is no way to prove it so it is ok right ? It would save us a lot of hassle.

Yes it makes sense, thank you. Here in Japan, the Doctor told my wife that they send the result directly to Canada. We will be given an IME code ( immigrate medical examination ) to prove that it is her result. Have you heard of that before ?

But, Is it legal or illegal ? What I mean is, if she comes here as a visitor while we are waiting for her PR, does she have the right to come or is it illegal ? If it is illegal, they can stop her but will have to release her when I confirm everything with them , right ?
