As stated in the document checklist, the CIC only requires the Notice of Assessment printed from the CRA website. This changed in February.

I got this from the sponsor evaluation form, does this mean this is not to be in consideration anymore? "Make sure you include with your application the original Option-C printout obtained from the Canada Revenue Agency and, if applicable, evidence of your employment. Follow
instructions to this effect on the Document Checklist."

Thanks

I think they just forgot to update that part of the sponsors evaluation form. I saw that too when I filled out the application. All that's required is the Notice of Assessment from the CRA website.

We included the option c. They say notice of assessment now as its easier to get as its automaticaly mailed out and everyon should have a copy. Option c's need to be requested.

We did that instead as were out of the country and dont have an old notice of assessment.

ok thanks!

About this notice of assessments...

They say we should include the one from the most recent taxation year.

But I was in Japan for 3 years and came back to Canada two months ago :-\

My last income tax was in 2013 !

Am I supposed to send this 2013 tax form or should I write them a letter saying I cannot provide anything because I was living in another country for the last 3 years and so on...

Send the 2013 one and say why. Include proof from japan if you want.

We included our 2013 one, and a note saying weve been away since then. We also included our last australian tax assessment and pay stubs to fill in some of the gap.

No all communication after aor 1 and sa will be with PA and mostly by snail mail.lol even though i sent my application on april 14 it only got delivered on april 20 means we have the same time line so update me if u hear something from cpc and i would do the same too...goodday

they changed the processing times to being country specific again. instead of having 17 months processing time for everyone

Haha the funny thing someone rated me poor twice in two days....but i dont care about it but just wondering who the hell (sorry for this part)is too much worried about this shytt (sorry again).good day all

definitely quiet on the aor front but then again there is a bit of a timeline gap since the last one was received of about 4 or 5 days. normally taking about 21-22 days and most who havent received any are sitting at about 18 so probably soon.

as for SA, according to the feb spreadsheet the average time its taking from aor to sa is 9 days. some getting done in 4, most getting done around 10 days plus. and none of the april guys are over 10 yet except for one. everyone else is 9 and below.

i dont think we can expect to see any more action until next week.

my consultant sent my file last week. According to the general trend when should i hear something from them about receiving,? Thanks for replying
