How many days after getting the tracking number did u receive the RTD?

Congrats! How soon did you get your RTD after sending the fax and what exactly did you tell them?

I have called them and each time they say that they don't have more information :(

Hey guys, is anyone here who hasn't received their RTD? Mine got approved and shipped through porulator on 11th Dece and still hasn't arrived

Called them again today and they said there's no update and I should call in early march :( . Anyone else in the same situation?

Did you get yours yet?

I called them on tuesday and they said the same thing. "It was sent on 11th December". The only thing extra they said is that "we might have some more information but have to check with the office, call us back in a week"

When was your document approved and sent to you?

My travel document was shipped through "porulator" on 11th December but still to this date it has not been delivered. I've been reading this thread for months now and it seems like porulator was just a fad and they kept the documents and have recently started sending them out through Canada...
