I suggest you to call IRCC and when you ask for your application you can ask for a email or fax number from the office that is processing your RTD since they are different #’s
Hello everyone, may I know what is the timeline for RTD if someone is applying for the first time ?
My travel document was shipped through "porulator" on 11th December but still to this date it has not been delivered. I've been reading this thread for months now and it seems like porulator was just a fad and they kept the documents and have recently started sending them out through Canada post.
I want to ask if anyone recently received their travel document and what about others who were on this thread since its mostly inactive now. I'm really worried, I have travel plans in April and at this rate it seems like I won't get it even till then.

I received my travel document 2days a go , it has tracking number on it , you can start chat with them and also you can call them and asked about, also I wasn't home so they made a note and send it to the nearest address is went there and picked up from there
My travel document was approved and sent on 29 January 2025, according to the Canada Post tracking number, the mail was returned to IRCC on February 3, 2025, due to an address mistake from IRCC side. Since then, I have not received any updates or further communication regarding the status of my document. This situation has caused me significant distress, as my right to travel is being restricted, and I feel as though I am trapped in a difficult and unjust situation.
Is anyone in a similar situation? Am trying to contact my MP, do you have any suggestions?

I called them multiple times, and they said the responsible office would take action and till then wait.
We are in the same boat, I don't know why is taking looooooong time with Purolator to deliver a shipment. Almost 1 month and half for now
