How long does it take his the processing time for RTD. I applied since Jan 3rd and I was informed it not updated yet on their system and I’ve travelled plans in march and I still need to apply for visa

The standard processing time for refugee travel documents is 20 business days. If you don't have a guarantor, the application instructions mention it could take longer. Mine got approved and shipped through porulator on 11th Dece and still hasn't arrived

I have a question about filling the form for the RTD application.
in the item 3 - proof of immigration. Do i select notice of decision of issued by IRB? and what do i put at document number? my UCI? and date issued was the date the NOD was printed?

I had the same problem. After several calls, they finally gave me the tracking number, and I received it a few days ago.
