    I think it requires only at first time. When u have entered Canada get required documents i.e PR card. Then u are free from any tension about re-entering except required period-if there is. Regards.

    Re: CIO & visa office check list) I think, if i am not wrong, you have to send Notarized photo copies of all documents along with single set of APPLICATION to CIO. This is the first stage, after passing this stage you'll be directed to next stage- that is CHC. Regards

    I think its pretty clear if your medical exams are clear then y u r worried, u r legally clear to enter Canada. So, for the sake of your health get treatment and dont bother IO. Medical exams are only authority for health issues.
