Federal Skilled Worker Please share Job verification experience

I am starting this thread to get to know about the process of Verification of Job experience by authorities, how it went through, which type of questions were asked. As this process is very important and, i think, Central point which greatly affects one's application.
Any one having verification by physical means, in person.
It would give an idea to new applicants.

The delhi VO called the supervisor and asked the designation, salary and job duties..

Case 2

delhi VO didnt even bother to call the supervisor or other references provided in the application.
