Hello, I would recommend you to send them a copy of your wifes renewed passport since I was in the same situation and my MP advised me to send the Embassy a copy of my husband's renewed passport, which we did.

yayy so happy for you! I also only received a re-med request, nothing else. I hear there are some additional forms that also need to be requested prior to passport request.. we'll wait and see inshallah

Hi, They probably will request for your wife's consent once they start processing the request for GCMS notes, so if need be, they'll contact u to provide your wife's consent form/letter..Hope this helps
