Hello guys,

Is there a negative impact on the application in process if GCMS notes are requested too often? I have applied for two so far and I was thinking of requesting another one soon. The last one I requested was in June, 2014. Thanks for your help!

No negative impact, just that if you apply for too many notes in an short period of time, like 2 notes in 2 weeks, they will simply give you the notes for the first request. The second request will be ignored, but they'll still charge you the $5. It will not delay your case at all.

June 2014 to now, that's not a short period of time, go ahead and order your new set of notes.

I was a bit paranoid and ordered like 1 note every 2 weeks. They sent me an email saying my 2nd request will be ignored and grant my 1st request. My wife got her visa in 6 months time compared to Singapore's 31 month processing time, so you can see, ordering a lot has no affect on application, but really you dont need to order more than 1 note per month.
