My mistake. I just spoke to my wife. Originally she did miss the email request from the embassy for the marriage certificate, but later she saw it and then sent the notarized copy of the marriage certificate. But, the embassy are saying they haven't received it even though we have a receipt...

We've found out why our application has been delayed. The embassy requested another document a month ago, but this email ended up in my wife's junk email folder and she didn't see it. Hopefully our case will continue processing again soon.

It's Colombia. Maybe the new rules are being adopted by some and not by others at the embassy. The country is a friggin joke when it comes to getting anything done. The only way things get done quickly in this country is if you know someone, and that someone is willing to accept a little gift...

Ok good to know. We tried all those different combinations and we can still only log in with my details. We sent an email to see why we can't log in with my wife's details.

Thanks :) I was a little worried there for a sec. We can only log on to ECAS with my name and details, not those of my wife. Looks like our application start and processing times are very similar. Let's hope we both get the visa at a similar time as well.
