    Hi Clueless_rn, I think the form is IMM 1249. You can read the guide by accessing www.cic.gc.ca then click working temporarily and try frequently asked questions and you will see under work permits FAQ if a spouse/common law/dependent children can work in canada.

    Hi passport, I think it won't appear to the system until the mail will reach Canada. I have done that before too and there was no record at the system until I tried again and it says accepted by Canada post from 1 of the province. Try doing the tracking again. Good luck!
