Timeline for PNP from New Delhi.

Yes, the ecas always shows "In Process" and when I click on it, it says "We started processing your application on June 2nd 2010." There is no change in status since the processing started. CAIPS notes..did not order. Case specific enquiry.....came back with a generic reply "Your file...

Timeline for PNP from New Delhi.

Hi akmkam, The 6 months mentioned on the CIC website is not a deadline for them, it is a processing time based on how long it has taken for them to process 80% of the cases, that means for 20% of the cases, it has take more than 6 months. MK

AINP will not ask you for proof during the nomination process. When you do the landing, you will have to show that you have that much to support yourself initially.

Timeline for PNP from New Delhi.

How many people in this forum have received PPR since beginning of the new year? can we have a count? Looks like CHC New Delhi is very very slow. The 6 months processing time mentioned on the CIC website must be totally wrong. My passport is sitting with them since 6 months.

I agree with lightsinthemist. I have heard reports of PR being revoked by Alberta, from my friend in Edmonton. I think people who are serious about living in Canada should not take that risk.

My attorney tried to submit the documents to Buffalo, but she was told by CIC to submit to New Delhi since I had already moved. It happened just 2 days before my deadline to submit. But if you look at my timeline, 6 months as the website says is for the 80% of the cases and most of us on the...

Guys, I got a reply from CHC New Delhi regarding the status of my passport. See my timeline in the profile for more details. I am wondering why it is taking them so long, while their processing time is 6 months for 80% of the applicants. Following is the reply: Dear Sir/Madam, This is in...

Nope. It does not work so easily. You have to go through the process. Someone who has requested an extension will be able to guide you how to do it officially. CIC NY office may have instructions on their website.

Passport requested but not ready to moved to Canada just yet

Send the passport and get it stamped. If you do not you will lose your PR. After you get the stamping if you are unable to move by the deadline, you can request an extension for one more year on the condition that you will pass the medical again. I am not sure if they will ask for PCC again, if...

Hi guys, I had the same problem. I enquired with CHC, New Delhi and they told me that I can use the same forms as long as the DMP will accept. The DMP can check your passport and make a correction on the medical form and sign. I did the same and my medical was accepted. About the date, the 60...
