I'm planning to submit my application in mid November for NOC 1111 or 0111, hasn't decided yet. What do you think my chances are? Rt now noc 1111 is 56 on cic website and 92 on global spreadsheet. Pls help. appreciate your reply

but don't you think these numbers are indicators? I mean 56 or 92 would mean it's pretty far from the cap limit even if the backlog is pretty high

I don't really get it!!!!! The NOC for my profession, on CIC website, just got updated two days ago (25th, Aug 2014) and it says 56 applications only. Is this false or an old estimate? Should I get worried or alarmed?? Please help cos I want to submit in mid November.
