You can also send a letter written by your father, that he gave it to you voluntarily, for he purpose. With this letter, you can openly enclose your 6-month's Bank A/C statement, with the afore-mentioned amount showing in your account. It is better than a Letter from the Bank. Cheers!

Dear Rehan, Try getting the proof (from your bank, signed by some bank authority) on the failed transaction from CIO. If they do not try again (to charge processing fees) and return your file to you, then send back your file to CIO with the Notarized copy of that failed transaction's proof...
