Business Card....plz. help..

Hi everybody,
Regarding job experience, I have notarized employment contract and work experience certificate in company letterhead with address, official seal, contact number, website address, e-mail address. But I could not collect business card of the officer signing the work experience certificate since he doesn't have any business card.
Would it cause problem ? please reply.

No, just write a cover letter with all his details, his email ID, cell No, Office direct Landline no. etc

And since the Reference Letter is on the letter head, it must contain all the other office tel. no.s anyway

So dont worry
