Difference Between Documents sent to CIO and CHC?

Can you please help me as i am greatly confused and i think i might make a mistake.

PLZ tell me what is the Difference Between Documents sent to CIO and CHC?

i have almost gatherered all the documents but i am un aware that should i send all the documents to CIO office Canada? or to London CHC office.

please help me i will be thankful to you. please tell me what documents to be sent to CIO and what to CHC and When??

As per new rule all the documents ( CIO + VO) are now to go to CIO, Sydney NS, Canada

If application is approved it would get transfered to your VO

Look at the checklist carefully

Notarized copy of all education & Job contract letters.
Original Reference Letters, IELTS need to be sent to CIO.

PCC (original) to visa office at a later stage

can you please answer me that what does they mean by NOTORIZED EMPLOYEMENT CONTRACT?

my company gave me the employement Contract on their orignal letter head to me in 2009 jan when i joined company. so should i ask them to give me notoized contract once again? or should i attach the previous orignal contract.

regarding experiance letter i am pretty confident that i can get that in a sealed envelope from my Hr department? please tell me do i have to submitt Reference letter aswell.
