believe it or not, I received an e-mail from AINP with the file # and that my application is now being processed. They asked for more information / docs. I responded with my updates today and will see how it goes.

guys, I also got the same AINP update, they acknowledge the application was received but no file number and I particulary loved the part where they say "dont contact us to inquire about your app unless you have Alberta employer job offer on hand..."

It's been 68 calendar days since they got my AINP application (old process) and I am still waiting for file number or any update. I am scheduled to move to UK on May 31st, so I am hoping to hear from AINP before then.

yes, I am under the old pre-assessment process. Engg, and 2 or 3 other members are still waiting for file number under the old process. I have decided to wait till end of April to inquire. Who knows, they may have made it their priority to process my nomination cert and not bother with the file...

yep, I sent it Feb 6th and was delivered Feb 9th. Technically, on Thursday it will be 2 full months

Engg, no worries mate. Thanks for posting that info. You applied 2 weeks before me. So - it will take some time till I get file number as well. In the meantime, I am working on contigency plan .... cheers
