I know I have seen the answer to this , but cannot find it at the moment. We did not know that my husband could submit OPW with the application for his PR. Just wondering how we can submit it now rather than waiting for stage 1 approval. Thanks.

Hello! We applied inland for my husband's PR. I understand that it is not advised to travel while waiting for his PR. However, what about when he has his OWP? Is he able to travel to the USA at that time? (IF he has his visa etc?)
