I agree that they take everything in taxes but comparing the two evils (Toronto versus Calgary) the buying power despite relatively high cost of living is much better in Calgary than in Toronto ........... as far as cold is concerned ........ its dry cold which is still better than humid...

There is much less humid winter and hell lot of jobs with much better income level and no provincial tax in Alberta ......... :)

I believe it is different in each case such as PPR + Remedical is generally 30 days PPR+PCC+Remedical is 45 days ...... and just passport I believe is 15 days ....... It should be indication on the letter I guess
