Just saw a post somewhere , where someone that landed mid July got their PR card. This is starting to worry me now!

So I tried calling CIC today from my cell phone. I reach the mainline, but when I choose option 2, the automated system tells me that the toll free service is unavailable from my location!

Can I change the address before the PR card arrives by using the change address option in the CIC website? Also as an AINP nominee, can I change the address to receive the PR card to an Ontario address? Thanks
