coolblues, in the initial stages of application, you don't have to send the reference letter, if you can no harm but it is not a must as i understand. you must focus on correctness of the forms, experience and other required document (listed in checklist).

Guys, Just wondering after AOR, do we need to supply the "requested documents" or by default we have to send ALL certificates from Grade 1 till Grade 12 + All Diploma's + Degrees etc?

Thanks Leon. The forum actually confused me thus that posting. How about the experience? I am in the similar role for past 5.5 year and before IT Manager for 2 years and before that 5 years as VP - IT. I guess they look at recent experience in current job?? Comments Please Leon?
