FULL APPLICATION DOCUMENTS post AOR

Guys,

Just wondering after AOR, do we need to supply the "requested documents" or by default we have to send ALL certificates from Grade 1 till Grade 12 + All Diploma's + Degrees etc?

It would help me start arranging the documents.

only requested documents, exception will be IT tax returns or F-16 which you might want to give to prove ur employment.

IT tax returns or F-16 are also not required.

just provide anything more than asked for only if it makes your case stronger. So, ask yourself... do your marksheets from Grade I to Grade XII make your case stronger... chances are they don't care about ur education before professional education so, not required....

if you don't have employment reference letters, IT tax returns or F-16 make the case stronger to prove employment. So provide these...

I have quiet a few missing Grade certificate from primary / middle school education although have got my SSC, High School Certificate and Degree intact with me along with several technical certification. From professional exeperience point of view I have got reference letters from current employer (5+ years as Head of IT) besides simple experience letter from previous employer (2+ years as IT Manager) and post-previous employer as (5+ years as VP-IT). I guess that should do if asked for ?

I haven't taken IELTS exam yet. Did they ask you to do it to prove the language ability? I have written three page explanation with my initial application. do you think they would consider?
