SenoritaBella -- Thank you for your response. I did provide copy of T4 for 2011 and 2012, also included Notice of assessment for 2011, gonna have one for 2012 in a month or so, did not submit any pay-stubs. Got salary increase since January this year, should it be mentioned in letter as well...

So they won't consider my application completed until they receive original even if they have copy? (mine takes three weeks to be delivered, but I've submitted copy with my application as was advised by a friend of mine who went through this process couple of years ago)

Confirmation that your application is received by visa office is your tracking confirmation of delivery. I've sent my application by registered mail with signature in order to be able to track it, so I have date of receipt and signature of the person who has actually accepted delivery. Visa...

If you are going to apply in 1-2 weeks - you have more than enough time to get you criminal record check. It took me a week to get it. At least you will save time and avoid future delays in processing of your application.
