I got PPR1 on Oct 03 and PPR 2 on Nov 9. This is the normal timeline for Pakistan these days. For all Pakistani applicants PPR in 2 stages is reqd though i dont understand why?

My PPR states that my medicals will expire on May 05, 2013, i.e. exactly 364 days from the date of my medicals. Accordingly, your medical expiry should be April 03, if not extended by the VO.

Dont worry, hopefully you will get the visa stamped on your pp. Even my status has not changed though i did my meds in May

Your file was neither prepared not reviewed properly. Send them repeated CSE and emails including a copy to the CIC head office etc and raise your concern. There is no need to worry as you are safe and justice should be served.

@ beckett, there is a pattern which i have seen for PPRs. ALL of my friends who applied after June 2010 have received their PPR 1 or atleast they have received their MR within a year of getting AOR. All other friends who have applied before June 2010 are waiting for PPR even when MR and RPRF...

Interestingly, there is one question i have at the back of my mind. If one applies for a UK visa in Pakistan, it goes to Abu Dhabi for visa stamping, then why the process is different for Canada?
