Dear Sir,

This refers to recent correspondence received at our office concerning your application for Permanent Residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker.

On November 28, 2008, pursuant to section 87 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which affect Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted on or after February 27, 2008, and before June 26, 2010. Since your application was received between these dates, your application was subject to these instructions.

The Citizenship and Immigration Canada website and all other material clearly state that an eligibility decision is based solely on the documentation submitted by the client to the visa office. Applicants are not convoked to interview and further clarification or additional documents are not requested. Applicants have always been required to provide detailed information on their job duties to substantiate their eligibility for further processing.

Your application was carefully reviewed according to the criteria specified in the instructions and determined not eligible for processing. You were sent a letter explaining the assessment, thereby concluding the assessment of your application. The refusal letter was sent from our office on June 19, 2012. I will ask my colleague to send a copy of this letter to you and you should receive it by email within the next week.

I have reviewed your file and I am satisfied that the case was concluded properly. The officer was not satisfied that you demonstrated experience as NOC0632. The officer concluded that there was insufficient evidence that you had work experience in one of the occupations listed in the Ministerial Instructions, and no new information has been submitted that would warrant re-opening the file.

Your file is now closed and the processing fees you paid have been, or will be, refunded.

Should you have different information to submit or if you meet the requirements of a different immigration category, you can consider submitting a new application. For up-to-date information on how to apply for permanent residence in Canada, visit the website at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp.

Please be informed that we will not respond to further requests to revisit this decision.

Yours sincerely,

Immigration Officer (IVH-IMS)

Sorry but they have closed your file. They will not entertain any further consideration appeal. You can either apply afresh in Jan 2013 or go to courts for legal action. But before taking them to courts you make sure your case was strong enough. No need to waste money otherwise.

Dear zakout76,

This is really bad news for all of us. Earlier their announcement was only for pre 2008 applicant but now they also included pre june applicants as well. Just one thing i would say that they are really non-serious and playing with innocent people.

But by doing this they are losing their trust and image throught the world. And peoeple from all the world are affected by their fullish decision.

It seems like there have been a big mistake in selecting the correct NOC code
NOC 0632 does not refer to reservation manager in travel agent. it refers to Accommodations Service Managers. Here is the description:

0632 Accommodation service managers
Accommodation service managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an accommodation establishment or of a department within such an establishment. They are employed by hotels, motels, resorts, student residences and other accommodation establishments, or they may be self-employed.

Did you apply through a representative?

Well honestly they don't care for emotions. According to Kenney, around a billion people around the globe want to immigrate to Canada according to a survey. Which makes every 6 or 7th in the world. They are also well aware of the present conditions of law and order in third world countries. Not only in terms of security but standard of life in these countries. They will never be at loser end no matter what they do as long as they are sincere with their own country. It is for us to find out way to slip into these developed countries through different legal options on offer.

What NOC code did you write when you filled the application form?
Did you apply through a representative or did you fill up the form yourself?

I think the IO deals with NOC codes and compares the HRSDC description with your work experience letter/s

May be by mistake the NOC code on your application form was written as 0632 (that is why you got JD mismatch)

0632 is for accommodation service manager for hotels, motels, other ACCOMMODATION establishments. reservation manager in travel agent is NOT part of 0632. you can check the full description at the HRSDC website
