Today they updated my ECAS with third line Medical results have been received. My ECAS is still showing received by visa office. I sent my updated documents exactly a month ago and did my medicals on July 30. Still waiting for PPR.

Yes You are right, I got the MR and RPRF request first then after 18 days they asked for updated forms. I submitted my updated forms a week ago and after that I haven't heard any thing.

No, they did not ask any thing but schedule 3 form says provide proofs so I submitted as stated in the form.

Hi GM2013, I did not receive any automated response. Should I send it again. I scanned my documents as Black and white and at 200 DPI. If I will reduce further DPI for scanning then document become so blurred and not readable. or should I send them in two emails.
