If your job is level B then you can apply after completion of one year work in CEC Class. Also get a workpermit so that you can continue your job.

I think you can send them as scanned attachment to the email by attention to the specific case analyst. If I were you I will mail them too. can you please share your time lines?

Same situation here my mp office said that my application will be assessed but minister Jason Kenney office sent reply that background check has been initiated. Now I don't know who to believe. I wil send a request for GCMS notes on Monday and will check is there any progress has been done or not.

When you send a case specific inquiry to visa office Ottawa you get the same reply which you got. I sent an email to immigration minister and got this reply.
