Thanks Trick. Don't even want to remember back. Hopefully, easier path will follow from here onwards!! How have you been doing?

Congrats to everyone who got their applications processed! Waiting for passport request! Hopefully soon!

Hi Tej2013 - Congrats! Did you also get a request for updated documents prior to your MR?

It's been a month now , and still waiting for my passport , my application was with Ottawa but they ask me to send it to NY office ,
I don't know how long they will take , they will be sending it via regular mail, (can't even track it )

Thanks for your advice Fukirua :) I am not currently working for the employer whose under my LMO got approved but he is willing to employ me on permanent basis after my PR. Ottawa has asked for some upadted forms which i will submit them this week. Lets see how it works.

I see the debates regarding Arranged employment for guys who don't want to work for their employer anymore.
So, for people with WP the rule says that WP has to be valid When you apply and When visa is issued. Luckily all of you guys got Bridging project, so basically you can do whatever you want so far as employer is willing to give you full-time AFTER you get your PR. I know a person who went to school and stopped working for his employer. That's fine.
Look at situation now. You get you LMO and you can do whatever you want: apply for FSW and come to work right away or sit home and drink Martini. The key thing is you LMO/WP be valid when you get your actual visa... and get along with your employer

Just got the passport request! FINALLY!

I agree with you.I am doing good and I have yet to make a move to Canada.I am still in USA and pretty happy with my current situation, that is why I am delaying my move to Canada.

Thanks! Almost a month ago

Just received GCMS report, noting is done to my file. Only one new note that has an update in march 2013 but does not specifies what has been updated. I don't think something will happen in 2013 because my MP was informed by the cic that it may be completed in early 2014. Total 27 months has passed and it is sitting in Ottawa since 12 months. I think cic is making false statement regarding the processing times coz CPP Ottawa has a processing time of 13 months on their website and also Mr Jason Kenny office was also informed me 13 months processing time. But it will definitely take way longer then that. Only process which I can see from GCMS is criminality is in process since April 2011.
